Life Skills Session
Online Student Cooking Competition
Dreamchazers get to learn how to cook before they compete in an online cooking competition. This includes budgeting, going to the grocery store by themselves, price comparisons, quality vs cheap, etc.
Each Dreamchazer will be judge in four categories, being taste, presentation, originality, and overall. The winner will receiver $50, second place is $35, and third place is $15.
College Trip

This year, we’re hitting the road and exploring some of the most inspiring colleges and universities across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kansas. From buzzing campuses to breathtaking student life, you’ll get a front-row seat to what your future could look like.
But that’s not all—we’re going hybrid! In addition to our in-person visits, we’re adding exclusive virtual college trips that bring campuses straight to your screen, giving you even more opportunities to discover programs, meet admissions teams, and envision your next chapter.

Social Activities
Game Night
Dreamchazers get several in-person and virtual opportunities throughout the year to attend several venues. Even students in different cities will mirror the same thing in other parts of the country. Some Game Nights will be board games and virtual sports. Some will be attending special events taking place in Dreamchazers cities.
Events for example include, Foodie Land, Auto Showcase, and Monster Jam just to name a few events. Dreamchazers will also attend local sports as well in their perspective cities. For DFW it's the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Wings, Frisco Rough Riders Baseball, FC Dallas Soccer, and Texas Rangers Baseball.

Life Skills Session - Time Management / Money Management
Did Somebody Say Todoist?
In our workshops, Dreamchazers develop strong financial and time-management skills through a combination of hands-on practice and guided instruction.
We begin by teaching foundational time-management frameworks such as the Eisenhower Matrix and the Pomodoro Technique, then expand into additional strategies including the 80/20 Rule, Most Important Task (MIT) prioritization, and SMART goal-setting. These tools help students understand how to prioritize effectively, manage their schedules, and break their goals into meaningful action steps.
To build financial literacy, Dreamchazers first learn Excel-based budgeting skills, giving them a clear understanding of how to organize income, expenses, and savings. Once they’ve mastered those fundamentals, we introduce them to modern financial tools like Rocket Money to help them track their real-world spending.
We also create a mock reality experience, showing each participant what their future lifestyle and finances might look like based on their chosen career path. This personalized scenario allows Dreamchazers to make informed decisions about their goals, habits, and long-term plans.
