About Dreamchazer

Dreamchazer is a career-based program under Clearpath Discovery's three step model of Connect, Build, Share. We believe in providing a clear and concise career path to 9th - 12th grade students all over the United States. Through the Zoom video application students go through 4 components of the program. Which is Career Readiness, Career Mentoring, Social Empower, and Financial Wellness. In addition to providing scholarship opportunities, and helping students to find Summer Jobs, or start their own company as a small business entreprenuer.

WIN Learning System

Through the WIN Learning System, students receive first a customized Career Plan depending on their grade level. In addition, students work with Career Mentors in the system going through the following

Dreamchazer Connect
Career Mentoring

On Saturday mornings, students go online to Dreamchazer Connect to work directly with Career Mentors. Whether its learning basic skills students will need in order to accel in their future career, or students will take a career trip to actually see and experience their future career live in-person.

(Note: All career trips are approved by student, parent, and CEO prior to arrival. Some trips will provide lunches as well.)

We take our students through different scenarios of life in order to help them practice on making the right choices. As a result, when students are responsible and reliable. Then we reward them with incentives for special events to attend. This includes Sports Games, Shows, Concerts, Bowling, Movies etc.

Financial Wellness

Our financial wellness system teaches students how to manage their bills and expenses, pay their debts on time, weather unexpected financial emergencies, and plan for long-term financial goals, such as building college funds or saving for a car. We work directly with our banking partners to give students a better financial outlook on life.
