As a career mentor, you will develop your leadership skills leading mentees from all over the US, which will also further your overall career growth. Therefore, you inspire the next generation, while making a lasting impact through mentorship and development.

Connecting with other Career Mentors can provide you with advice and contacts, even help you with the next career decision you're about to make in your life.

Federal Loan Forgiveness
Created under the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007, PSLF allows borrowers who work full time for nonprofits and government agencies to have their outstanding debt forgiven tax-free on Federal Direct Loans.

Time Off
Volunteer Time Off (VTO) allows employees to volunteer their time with the charities and causes they believe in. A successful VTO boost employee's well-being, build workplace connections, and more. Plus Career Mentors can attend events or even go on college trips with the students.

Tax Write-off
Because we're a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, any volunteer of a §501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization is entitled to receive deductible charitable contributions.

Meet our skilled Career Mentors, dedicated to guiding students through interactive lessons, personalized support, and proven teaching methods for success.
Career Mentor
Qualifications
All Career Mentors must have the following in order to participate in the program.

Fill out an application and go through a thorough interview and background check prior to being accepted into the Dreamchazer program.

All Career Mentors must have a minimum of 4 years of career experience. Whether its in a career, trade, military, or entrepreneur.

Must be committed to working with high school and college students for 6 months out of the year. This includes working with students online or in-person for 2 - 3 hours in a month.

Must also attend atleast 1 Career Mentor workshop online or in-person in the Fall.

Volunteer just 2–3 hours a month and help students shape their futures.
