ABOUT

The Ambassador Of Tomorrow Gala is a 2-day weekend of events in Dallas, Texas hosted by Clearpath Discovery (formerly known as Lighthouse Foundation). A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose main purpose is to help high school students all over the United States find their potential career-path.  This is done by providing a clear and concise career-path plan through the WIN Learning System, life skills sessions, connecting high school students to Career Mentors from all over the country, empowering youth through social awareness, finding student jobs through the Summer Ambassador Program, and helping students start their own company as a young small business entrepreneur.

In 2019, the Founder & CEO Mr. Ronovan "Ron" Chaisson started a new tradition to find dedicated people aka "Hidden Figures", who have given countless hours in their career to helping others. Mr. Chaisson, along with the Executive Board of Directors, wanted to honor these individuals with a day of celebration and the most highest accolade within the organization, the Ambassador of Tomorrow Honorary Recipient.  This award was first presented at the VIP Kickoff in 2019 to five amazing individual adults who have done extraordinary work in their career and community. In 2021, despite COVID still running high, the first Inaugural AOT Gala was launched to honor two individuals, Ms. Tahasha Farisa and Ms. Rai Cole Malone,  in the education and health-care world.

Now in 2023, post-COVID, in conjunction with the 5-year celebration. Clearpath Discovery will host a 2-day weekend not only honor these extraordinary individuals for their hard work and dedication to helping others. But the AOT Gala will feature 5 different cultures for people to learn, Friday Night Kickoff to connect, and Saturday morning Work Sessions to build relationships focusing on small business development.

Whether its financially giving back to assist a high school student advance their education in higher learning at a college or university, or working together to research and study the social and mental aspects of career advancement, or investing into young small business entrepreneurs and trade, or building a National Youth Career Center & Museum for high school students all over the US to receive resourceful information and training on which career-path is best for them. This year's 2023 Ambassador of Tomorrow Gala Weekend will honor the past, salute the present, and show the next level of where is organization is headed overall.
