Growing The Vision
On Saturday, November 4th, 2024 the Founder & CEO Mr. Ronovan Chaisson announced at the 2023 Annual Retreat to the Executive Board of Directors a new student program name as the organization moves toward becoming a recognized national organization all over the United States. The new name called DreamChazer will now be submitted moving forward as part of the organization's new brand to attract more sponsors, donors, and even advance the program out of the shadows of the old name Lighthouse Foundation Institute.
The new name also comes with simplifying the process to where it only focus on Career Readiness, Career Mentoring, Social Empowerment, and Financial Wellness. The Ambassador of Tomorrow Special Committee thats compiled of former AOT Honorary Recipients and volunteers will now handle all of the Scholarships & Summer Jobs available to high school students all over the United States.
